1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer replacements or exchanges exclusively for the following cases:
Size Issues: If the item does not fit as expected.
Defects or Damage: If the product arrives with manufacturing faults or physical damage.

2. Timeline

All exchange or return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

3. Shipping & Inspection Process

Initial Shipping: Customers are responsible for the initial shipping costs to return the item to our facility.
Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item for the reported defect or size issue.
Reimbursement: If the defect is verified or the size exchange is approved, we will repay your return shipping cost along with sending out the replacement.

4. Refunds

Our primary goal is to get the right product into your hands.
Exchange First: We will first attempt to exchange the item for the correct size or a defect-free replacement.
Refund as Alternative: If the specific item is out of stock or cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method after the inspection is complete.
